出單機出不了單，可是點單機跟出單機是正常的連線狀況，如何解決？

請按照以下順序進行故障排除：

1. 首先進行硬體故障排除，請參考此篇回答

2. 如果硬體連線沒問題，請至「設定」-->「外接裝置」，點擊「熱感式出單機」後，進入出單機設定頁，滑至最下方，點擊「列印測試樣張」，確定可正常列印。

3. 如果樣張可正常印出，但打單時，仍然沒有印收據或工單出來時，請檢查以下設定：
   1. 「設定」-->「外接裝置」
      1. 店內訂單自動列印收據-->應為開啟
      2. 店內訂單自動列印工單-->應為開啟
      3. 
   2. 「設定」-->「外接裝置」-->「熱感式出單機」
      1. 列印收據-->應為開啟
         1. 
      2. 列印工單
         1. 外帶訂單--> 勾選所有工作站
         2. 內用訂單--> 勾選所有工作站
         3. 
4. 如果以上所有動作均無法排除問題，請與我們聯絡。
