印單機不會自動切紙

Question

 

請問一下芯燁XP-Q200，用他印表機測試軟體測試的時候切紙功能沒問題，但貴公司pos是否有支援自動切紙? 總是要手動出紙到適當長度在用上面的鋸刀撕下有點不方便，pos設定裡面也找不到，煩請回答，謝謝!
